Amphitrite

I found this colourful section of rock on Whitley Bay beach. I experimented with long exposure techniques to gain some movement within the scene and became fascinated by how the incoming tide obscured and distorted the patterns in the formation. Giving the impression of the land being reclaimed by the sea.
